A metal surface in a factory or lab setting displaying three electronic devices: a black CHLANDI MCSA box with labeled channels and a reset button, a small black cylindrical device, and a white rectangular device with two antennas and a green indicator light. Background shows industrial equipment and piping.

Two sensors. One gateway. No plant wiring.

Chladni hardware goes on in an afternoon and stays out of the way for years. Every diagnostic runs in the cloud, so there is nothing to wire into your network and nothing to tune on site.

The Puck.

CH-P-250 · wireless vibration sensor

No cables. No conduit.

A structural epoxy bond straight to the bearing housing gives the Puck a stiff, metal-to-metal path to what is happening inside the machine. No junction boxes either; nothing to route, nothing to trip on.
24 mo up to two years on one battery

Hears the bearing, not just the shaft.

Unbalance is the easy part. With usable bandwidth up to 6.67 kHz, the Puck captures bearing tones, gear mesh and blade pass, the early signatures of a developing fault, in every hourly measurement.
6.67 kHz three axes, captured together

Service without a screwdriver.

Set the diagnostic cover on top and the app reads the Puck’s diagnostic log at the machine, including any errors it has recorded, without opening anything. When the battery runs down, a technician twists the lid and swaps the pack. The Puck keeps its identity, so nothing is recommissioned.
IP67 sealed, −40 to +80 °C

Where a vibration sensor can’t help.

Submersible and sealed pumps, hermetic compressors, piston compressors, vibratory feeders, vibrating screens, injection molders. There is no useful spot for a Puck, or the machine shakes too much on its own, so we listen to the motor’s electricity from the panel instead. Only if the machine matters enough; if it doesn’t, we tell you to skip it.
From the panel no sensor on the machine itself

On your most critical machines, as an add-on.

Pumps, fans, compressors, mixers and conveyors still get vibration first; that catches most breakdowns. But if the machine stops production when it fails, or its motor has failed electrically before, we add current monitoring too. Electrical faults kill motors with no vibration warning, and on a machine you can’t lose, that gap is worth closing.
Vibration first current where the gap is worth closing

Not on everything else.

Non-critical machines, DC motors, panels we can’t access. And it never replaces vibration: if a Puck can reach the bearings, the Puck goes on.
Puck first if it can reach the bearings, it goes on

How the Plant Builder decides.

Three answers per machine decide whether it gets a Puck, a Puck and current monitoring, current monitoring alone, or nothing at all.

Included

Every site gets at least one; larger floors get more, about 20 m line-of-sight each.

Cellular or Ethernet

4G LTE on a managed SIM by default; your own drop where you prefer it. No inbound ports.

Looked after by us

Firmware, monitoring and health are managed remotely by Chladni.

Nothing to tune.

Machine-learning models and physics-based rules run in the cloud, not in the sensor. Your installer never sets a threshold; your team just gets the alert, with the evidence behind it.

Ships ready.

Scan the label, pick a gateway, done. No serial numbers, network names or passwords are ever typed, and a Puck proves its coverage from its mounting spot before any adhesive is mixed.
