How it works

From install to insight, we carry the load.

Step 1

Install — without stopping production

Your crew sticks the magnetic vibration puck on running machines — minutes each, no drilling, no shutdown. Your electrician clamps the MCA current sensors in the panel; nothing gets cut or rewired. Our analysts photo-verify every single mount before go-live.

Step 2

Connect — with zero IT project

One gateway on the wall sends everything up over your plant network or cellular. No server in your rack, no network integration, nothing for IT to babysit — connectivity is included in the price.

Step 3

Analyze — against each machine's own normal

The system learns every machine's baseline over its first weeks, then judges each pattern three ways: the physics, the model, the trend. A spike is ignored. A pattern gets named. No alert floods, ever.
Step 4
Notification on a digital device from Chladni at 10:24 AM stating: 'New insight from Chladni. Bearing wear developing — outer race signature.'

Partner — a real analyst on your side

A named alert lands with the fault, the urgency, and time to act — one tap turns it into a work order. And a Chladni analyst reviews your plant health report every month, starting by day 30.

Improve — and prove it

The documented record of every catch keeps growing — which machine, what fault, how early it was called. Proof of what your crew prevented, and ammunition for the budget meeting.

Inside the system

How a fault becomes an alert.

Every reading runs this gauntlet. Almost none get through — that's the point.
Every hour, every machine Vibration and motor current, judged against that machine's own learned normal — not a generic threshold.
Check 1 · AI Anything the machine hasn't done before?
Check 2 · Physics Is a real fault signature there?
Both agree — or nothing happens One check alone is ignored. It takes the model and the physics to move on.
The fault gets a name Unbalance, misalignment, bearing wear, looseness, electrical — with its urgency.
Check 3 · Trend Logged to the machine's history and health score. A one-off spike stops here. A pattern that persists moves on.
The alert Fault · urgency · time to act — one tap to a work order.

Why we're different

The usual way vs. the Chladni way.

Chladni
Usual way
$79 per machine per month — sensors, gateway, platform, analyst, support. $0 setup. The number is public.
Quotes that hide sensor counts, setup fees, and surprises in the fine print
Three independent checks before an alert exists. A spike is ignored. A pattern gets named.
Alarm floods against generic thresholds, until the crew mutes the system
Send the machine list — a verdict on every line and your exact price in one business day. No meeting.
Site surveys and sales meetings before you ever see a price
A real analyst reviews your plant health report every month — and alerts arrive as one-tap work orders.

Pricing

Hardware, platform, and analysts — one low monthly price.

This is where other vendors hide the surprises. We don't have any.
  • One machine = one motor plus whatever it drives. A conveyor with three drive motors counts as three.
  • Custom and big multi-motor builds: engineer-reviewed, one flat fee, volume breaks up to 20%.
  • Over 150 machines: whole-plant custom pricing — usually beats the flat math.

FAQ

The ten questions everyone asks.

How do I know if you can monitor my plant?

Call +1 945-206-2195 with your machine list — or place your order and send the list after. Our engineers check every line within one business day: yes or no on each machine, and a flag on anything unusual. If we can't monitor something, we say so straight.

Do we shut down production to install?

No. Sensor packs mount magnetically on running equipment; panel work is scheduled with your electrician the way any panel work is. Minutes per machine.

What does $79 a month actually include?

Everything. All sensors (vibration + MCA current — however many each machine needs), the gateway, the platform, alerts and work orders, the monthly analyst-reviewed plant health report, and phone support. Setup fee: $0.

Don't you need to visit our site first?

No. Machine faults are physics — a failing bearing throws the same signature in every plant on earth. The one real job of a visit — checking sensor placement — we do more thoroughly: every mount is photo-verified by a Chladni analyst before your plant goes live.

How do you count machines with more than one motor?

By the motor: one motor plus whatever it drives = one monitored machine. A motor-and-pump is one. A conveyor with three drive motors counts as three — each gets its own sensors and its own health tracking.

How do you keep false alarms down?

Every alert has to pass three checks: the physics (known fault signatures), the model (your machine's own learned baseline), and the trend (persistent patterns page you — single spikes never do). Findings are cross-checked across vibration and motor current. A spike is ignored. A pattern gets named.

We have custom and odd machines. Can you handle them?

Tell us about them when you order, or call — describe them exactly as they are. Custom builds get reviewed one by one by our engineers and priced as one flat monthly fee — volume breaks up to 20% for big multi-motor machines. If one genuinely can't be monitored, you'll know before you spend a dollar.

The guarantees, exactly.

90-day refund: cancel any time in your first 90 days for a full refund of fees paid; hardware back within 14 days. Find-It-First: if we don't flag at least one verified developing fault in your first 90 days of full operation, year one is credited free — verified means a data-flagged anomaly confirmed on physical inspection; 10+ machines; credit, not cash.

What machines do you cover?

Motor-driven equipment — which in a plant is almost everything that moves: pumps, fans, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, mixers, crushers, extruders, injection molders, packaging lines, cooling tower fans, hydraulic units. If a motor drives it, we can hear it.

Is this going to be used to watch my crew?

No. It watches machines, not people. It puts data behind what your team's been saying about the equipment, and it documents every catch your crew makes. It's proof for your side.
