Everything your maintenance team needs. Nothing they don't.

Dashboard.

Every asset, every alert, every open work order - one view, always current.

Health Overview

See the health score of every monitored asset at a glance. Assets in warning or critical state surface automatically - no filtering, no searching.
Health overview dashboard panel showing a positive trend with a green smiley face and an upward arrow. The status percentages are Healthy: 72%, Warning: 18%, and Critical: 10% compared to last week.

Needs Attention

Assets with active alerts, overdue work orders, or offline devices rise to the top automatically. Priority-ranked so your team knows exactly where to start.
Table titled 'Needs Attention (28)' listing assets, work orders, and devices with issues needing immediate review. Columns include Type & Name, Reason, Priority, and Last Update. Entries shown: Motor M-12 asset with critical alert and high priority updated 2 minutes ago; Gear G-28 asset with critical alert, high priority, 1 hour ago; Y-291 device with low battery, high priority, 18 hours ago; work order #812 overdue, medium priority, 21 hours ago; d-02 device offline, low priority, 23 hours ago. Pagination at page 2 of 16 pages with page 2 selected.

A highlighted bar and tooltip indicate 9 warnings for Line A. A button labeled 'See all assets' is visible in the top right.

Alerts.

Named faults, not noise. Every alert tells your team what's wrong, how confident the detection is, and what to do next.

Fault Detection

Two independent systems run on everysensor upload. Neither waits for the other.
The physics rules engine looks for frequency patterns associated with known fault types. The machine learning classifier runs a neural network trained on labeled fault examples. An alert fires when either reaches sufficient confidence - whichever comes first.
Dashboard interface showing active alerts for industrial equipment faults with a detailed view of a bearing fault including type, classification, severity, confidence level, related assets, health score, and a vibration time series graph, with options to add comment, acknowledge, or create a work order.

Severity

Every alert carries a confidence-derived severity - Critical, High, Medium, or Low. Severity updates upward automatically if subsequent readings arrive with higher confidence.

Fault types

Alerts name the cause, not just the symptom. Bearing defects, shaft misalignment, rotor bar cracks, voltage imbalance - each alert tells your team exactly what the machine is showing.

Status tracking

Every alert moves through three states: Active when first detected, Acknowledged once under investigation, Resolved once addressed. Nothing falls through the cracks.

Assets.

Every machine on your floor, fully visible. Health score, active alerts, linked work orders - all in one place, always current.

Health Overview

Every asset carries a live health score with trend direction. See at a glance whether a machine is improving, stable, or deteriorating - and how many days it may have before reaching critical.
Dashboard titled Health Overview showing a selected item Puck #28 and date range options Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days with an active selection on Last 7 days, and a partial timeline chart with an event labeled Fault on July 3 noting a Pressure drop.

Fleet Overview

Your entire asset base, ranked by what needs attention first.
Dashboard screenshot of an asset management platform showing system health, active risks, and items needing attention. The top section shows 25 assets registered with 92% data coverage and 5 needing attention categorized as critical, high, or medium/low risk. Below is a detailed asset list with columns for Name & Type, Device ID, Line, Health Overview, Related Alerts, Work Order, and Last Update times. Alerts and work orders are color-coded by status, with active, acknowledged, resolved, in progress, waiting, completed, and new labels. The interface also highlights 5 assets needing attention today, including 2 critical and 3 warnings, mostly from Line A.
Assets with active alerts, falling health scores, or offline devices surface automatically under Needs Attention. Nothing requires manual filtering to find what's urgent.

Full Asset History

Click any asset to see its complete sensor history, related alerts, linked work orders, and connected devices - all in one panel. Every decision your team makes has the full context behind it.
Motor asset card displaying a critical alert of increased vibration in the last 6 hours with recommendation to inspect bearing and check alignment, showing health overview, baseline status as learning, asset type as motor, production line A with ID, related alerts, linked work order waiting, and connected devices.

Sensor Data

Raw vibration recordings, time-domain waveforms, and FFT charts available directly on the asset. Your team can inspect exactly what the sensor captured at any point in time.
Two charts showing vibration data: the top chart is a time series of overall vibration level from June 11 to July 11 with increased activity and red highlights near July 11. The bottom chart is a time-domain waveform of acceleration over 5 seconds with oscillations ranging from -40 to 40 m/s².

Work Orders.

From detected fault to assigned job, in one step. Every work order carries the alert, the asset, and the full context behind it.

From Alert to Action

A detected fault becomes a work order in one click. The response never leaves the platform.
Work orders can be created directly from an alert, so the linked fault, affected asset, and health score travel with the task. Technicians get the full picture, not just a title.
Screenshot of a work order management interface showing a four-step progression bar: 01 Alert fires, 02 Create work order, 03 Assign & track, 04 Resolved. The interface details work orders with columns for work order number, title and asset, priority, status, assigned to, needs my attention, sync status, created date, and due date. Some work orders are marked High, Medium, or Low priority, with statuses such as New, In Progress, and Waiting. The screen includes filters for open, overdue, completed/closed, and all work orders, and indicates some overdue and high-priority tasks linked to critical alerts.

Priority & Status

Every work order carries a priority and moves through clear states - New, In Progress, Waiting, Completed, Closed. Overdue and at-risk orders surface automatically so nothing slips.
Screenshot of a maintenance management dashboard showing work orders with tabs for Open, Overdue, and Completed/Closed. The Open tab lists 8 work orders with details including W/O number, title & asset, priority, status, assigned personnel, attention flags, sync status, and creation date. Summary cards indicate 8 open work orders, 3 overdue, and 5 needing attention. The interface includes top menu navigation with Dashboard, Alerts, Assets, Work Orders, Reports, Devices, and Activity log.

Assign & Collaborate

Assign to one person or a team. Mentions, comments, and a "Needs my attention" view mean everyone knows exactly what's waiting on them.

Devices.

Every sensor you've deployed, accounted for. Connectivity, battery, firmware, and learning status - one place to keep your monitoring layer healthy.

Device Lifecycle

From first install to steady-state monitoring, every device moves through the same clear stages.
A newly installed device enters Learning while it builds the machine's baseline, then moves to Normal once monitoring is active. Baseline status is visible at every step - you always know which devices are still calibrating.
User interface showing device lifecycle monitoring with three tabs labeled Installed, Learning, and Normal. The main section displays device statistics including total devices (66), online (64), offline (2), low battery (6), and firmware update needed (1). The devices list shows device IDs, associated assets (GG 110 10 Gearbox), status (Online or Offline with colored indicators), battery levels as percentages with colored bars, and firmware versions. Options to add devices, upload devices in bulk, update all devices, assign devices, and export the devices list are visible, along with pagination controls at the bottom.

Connectivity & Battery

See which devices are online, offline, or running low on battery at a glance. Fleet-level counts up top, per-device detail below - so a dead sensor never leaves a machine silently unmonitored.

The technology

A spike is ignored. A pattern gets named.

Two signals from every machine — vibration and motor current — cross-checked against each other and judged against that machine's own learned normal, not an industry average.

VIBRATION

on the machine

MCA

current · in the panel
01

The physics

Matches known fault signatures — bearing defect frequencies, gear mesh, rotor-bar sidebands. Not a generic "vibration is high."
02

The model

A genuine departure from that machine's own learned baseline — built over its first weeks, under your loads and speeds.
03

The trend

It persists and develops. A forklift bump never pages anyone — and findings are cross-checked: vibration against motor current.
A smartphone screen displays a maintenance alert from Chladni for Pump P-12, Line 3, indicating bearing wear on the outer race with urgency to plan repair and about 3 weeks to act, plus a button labeled 'One tap — work order.' Surrounding text boxes highlight vibration on the machine and current in the panel (MCA). A message below states, 'When it buzzes, it means it. Every alert passes all three checks before it exists.'
